Tell us your device, app version (More, then Settings, then About), and what happened. We usually reply within a few days.
Restore Kelpy Pro
Open More, then Settings, then Kelpy Pro, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought Pro with.
Manage or cancel your subscription
On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. If Pro ends, your books, notes and stats stay in Kelpy. Only the Pro extras turn off.
Back up or move your library
Your reading data lives on your device. Open More, then Backup, to save a backup file you can restore on a new phone, or More, then Export, for a Goodreads CSV or JSON copy. Backup and export are always free.
Privacy
Kelpy has no ads and no tracking. Book searches go to Google Books and Open Library to find titles and covers. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
